Shipping to: 32312 (Tallahassee, FL)

When shipping from New York, 32312 is in Zone 5. This zone determines your base carrier rate.

The surcharge shown for 32312 is the carrier's published holiday or demand surcharge rate for the service and effective date shown on this page. Your carrier agreement may reduce, cap, waive, or otherwise change the amount billed, Check your pricing agreement, rate addendum, or invoice detail to confirm the amount that applies to your account. Other charges—such as fuel, residential delivery, peak, address correction, additional handling, or oversize fees—may still apply separately.

To verify a surcharge, match the invoice charge to the individual shipment record—not only to the invoice total. Confirm the carrier, service, ship date, recipient ZIP code, address type, package details, shipment identifier, and the exact surcharge description or charge code. Then compare the charge with the carrier's published rate guide or your negotiated pricing agreement that was effective on the ship date. If 32312 was not listed for the applicable surcharge, the service was rated incorrectly, the amount does not match your contract, or the charge was duplicated, retain the shipment and invoice evidence and submit a dispute through the carrier's billing process.
