Other charges—such as fuel, residential delivery, peak, address correction, additional handling, or oversize fees—may still apply separately.

To verify a surcharge, match the invoice charge to the individual shipment record—not only to the invoice total. Confirm the carrier, service, ship date, recipient ZIP code, address type, package details, shipment identifier, and the exact surcharge description or charge code. Then compare the charge with the carrier's published rate guide or your negotiated pricing agreement that was effective on the ship date. If 78768 was not listed for the applicable surcharge, the service was rated incorrectly, the amount does not match your contract, or the charge was duplicated, retain the shipment and invoice evidence and submit a dispute through the carrier's billing process.
