We do not sell your data. We do not share your shipping costs with carriers, competitors, or anyone else.
Free exists for two reasons. First, carriers have held asymmetric information for decades, and the tools to close that gap have historically cost thousands a year — which meant only the largest shippers ever got them. Second, the honest commercial reason: a small fraction of our users will need future features we are planning, eventually cross 2 million parcels or need API access, and those relationships fund the free tier for everyone else. That is our entire business model.

Do you sell or share my shipping data?
No. We don't sell it and we don't share it with carriers or other customers. Your data stays isolated to your account.
What happens when I hit 2 million parcels?
Nothing breaks and nothing gets deleted. We'll reach out before you get there to talk about Enterprise. If it isn't the right fit, you keep your existing data and analytics — you just stop adding new volume.
How long does setup take?

Can I see historical data or only new shipments?
We ingest available billing and tracking history at connection, then refresh weekly. Backfill depth varies by carrier and account; extended historical backfill is available on Enterprise.
Is the accessorial breakdown included in free?
Yes. Full surcharge taxonomy — residential, delivery area, address correction, additional handling, dim-weight adjustments, peak, fuel, and the rest — with root-cause attribution and dispute-ready export. It's the most valuable thing we do and it isn't behind a paywall.
